What You’ll Do
As our Guest Services Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to leader on the floor—supporting our Bakery Guest Experience Associates, elevating the guest experience, and keeping front-of-house operations running smoothly. You will:
- Lead and support the Guest Experience team during shifts
- Deliver warm, attentive hospitality that makes every guest feel celebrated
- Teach, coach, and develop team members, helping them grow their skills and confidence
- Provide ongoing support to ensure employees feel successful in their roles
- Help manage the flow of the bakery to keep service fast, friendly, and efficient
- Ensure the counter, displays, and storefront remain clean, organized, and beautiful
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, calm confidence, and genuine care
- Coordinate daily operations, restocking, and product presentation
- Uphold Edgar’s standards for service excellence and brand experience
- Lead by example and cultivate a positive, supportive team culture
